    Dana joined UC San Diego in 2018 bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field; the majority of those being in recruitment. Her career encompasses a wide variety of staffing experience with specialties including Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Administrative, Marketing and Real Estate/Construction at all levels. Most recently she was hired to develop a start-up executive search firm here in San Diego and successfully partnered with many local organizations within all types of industries.

    Janna joined UC San Diego in 2007 with a strong background in recruiting in both the private and public sectors, launching the Executive Recruitment Services (ERS). Prior to arriving at UCSD, she successfully opened the Chicago office for Seattle based search firm Two Degrees, specializing in the recruitment of senior level finance professionals. Previously, Janna held the Director of Admissions position at the University of Washington Business School and worked in the Career Center at the University of Oregon.

    Suzi joined the UC San Diego team in 2015 and brings over 20 years previous full cycle direct hire executive recruitment experience in a variety of industries.  Before working at UC San Diego, Suzi was the sole executive recruiter for a multi-million dollar privately held company.  She also has extensive experience working for three other executive search firms locally, where she was hired to start up the direct-hire placement division.

     Jen Brooks joined the UC San Diego, Executive Recruitment Service team in the summer of 2022. She brings over 10 years of full cycle recruitment experience.  Prior to joining the team, Jen worked at a retained recruitment agency and a privately held defense organization. She brings expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and strong souring capabilities in various industries. A business graduate of Arizona State University, Jen continuously enjoys learning and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HRCI.
